"mum still found nurses very good."

What I liked

nursing staff very good to my mum.

What could be improved

bathroom hygeine,mum had to ask a nurse for a cloth to clean the bath out after another patient had used it.mum actually cleaned it herself even though she clearly not well,nurse well aware of this.

Anything else?

there was no dayroom no television working on the ward,only because no scart lead was available!mum was very bored ,and becoming depressed with long stay on ssu! the older generation like my mum dont like laptops,just the old fashioned television.no staff seemed bothered about this problem.
