What I liked

Having been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in 1980, I have seen a lot of changes in diabetes care over the years. The Diabetes Team at Hereford Hospital are second to none. They combine the expert knowledge with the personal touch, involving patients in their own care. They are always at the end of the phone or email, for reassurance or information. I am very lucky to be on an insulin pump now, and the pump team are miracle workers! Technology has moved on so much in the last 30 odd years, but thankfully, so has the diabetes care in Hereford.
