"I wish doctors didn't patronize patients so often."

About: Bristol Royal Infirmary

What I liked

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The endocrinologist who visited me was also patient and kind and responded to my every concern.

What could be improved

Despite their kindness, I didn't like that the doctor treated me in a very patronizing manner, almost as if I were a child. Also, they sometimes glossed over facts and assumed different things from what i was telling them.
