"Not very welcoming"

About: Glenfield Hospital

What I liked

The only person that was welcoming and friendly was the receptionist at the Clinic D I think, the one before the ECG reception!

Anything else?

Main reception staff were too busy chatting away with each other and then when I did ask the directions it was as if I was interrupting their chat!

The nurse who took my ECG was cold and unfriendly and just went off to her table to stsrt completing forms as I was asking heer about what would happen next etc.

On the way out, uniformed members of staff in the hospital wer leaning against walls texting on their i fones!
