What I liked
The nurses and doctors seem to have reacted adequately and I was very happy with their diagnosis and help toward the patient.
What could be improved
I was accomanying a friend who had his rib bruised and suffered from a severe pain. This was obviously visible when arriving at the hospital via taxi. However, the receptionist obviously did not bother asking about the current state of the patient (although he had was standing crouched in front of her) which was poor and hence did not give us priority although there was no other patient with such an obvious pain. Only after intervention with a nurse, we were able to be attended immediately.
Me as the patient's accompanying person was not commuinicated well where and what situation my friend was in.
When trying to find out I found the reception not being accupied for about 5-10 minutes (in A&E!).
"Poor attendence at the A&E reception."
