What I liked

my mother was admitted to hospital on 31.5.12 ...she is 82 years old and from the moment this very stressful anxious time started we was treated with the greatest care that anyone could wish for ...

my mother was very ill and arrived by ambulance ,from the moment she arrived she was treated with the most brilliant care at all times .

later in the evening she was transferred to intensive care therapy from that evening we was shown so mush kindness and care and imformed at all times of what was happening ...

after 5 days of excellent care she was transffered to james mackenzie ward where again she was treated excellent ,i cant fault the ward at all and thanks to basildon hospital my mum is alive today ,,,,i cant thank you enough
