Thank you for taking the time to post your comments regarding your physiotherapy treatment at Freeman Hospital during June. We are very sorry to hear that you have had difficulty reaching the department by telephone to rearrange an appointment. The physiotherapy service is currently reviewing the way that we ensure telephone calls are answered in a timely way as your experience is clearly not acceptable.

We are also very disappointed that you feel that you haven’t been involved with decisions about your care. This issue will be raised this with the physiotherapy staff that work in outpatients.
