What I liked
I got an appointment that suited me within 4 weeks from initial GP referral, using Choose and Book. I then got an appointment for an MRI scan within 6 weeks. I was kept informed at all times. The consultant explained everything to me in plain english.
What could be improved
it would have been useful to be able to use Choose and Book for making appointments after the first referral.
