"frustraiting and depressing"

the nurses and staff i had contact with were friendly and helpull

comunication between patient and doctor. the attitude of secritarial staff and information

the waiting times for surgery are a farse so far i have had 5 different times each time being canceled and moved dispite constantly being told im on top of the list and explaining to the staff that i need the surgery done as soon as possible as my wife is expecting twins in june of this year so i need to have some use of my hand to help her and being told they will do there best but thay have a back log. this back log has been happening since october 2011 latest operation date aprill 2012 this is unacceptable
