Waited over 9 months for an appointment as didn't reach the physical criteria to be bumped, despite self harming during my wait.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with us. I am sorry that you had to wait for so long to be seen at April House. Due to the demand on the service and requirements of the patients being seen, there is certain criteria that needs to be met in order for more timely appointments. However, the April House team are working hard to reduce waiting times, and have employed more staff to do this.
