I have received very good treatment here. I wasn't looking forward to being here for the day, but I was pleasantly surprised. I came for a blood transfusion and it has been better than expected. Very good infact.
The only problem is that I was told to get here at 8. 30am but was waiting until 11. 15 for the blood to arrive from Exeter. But then once it arrived, I was connected up and treated very well.
I was also happy with the room, the access to the toilet was handy and we had assumed we'd be on a long ward with lots of different people but it was much better than that.
