My son has had a broken wrist and hand and has been waiting surgery for a week with no reply from the hospital. I am so disappointed with this service especially as he is a child. There is a lack of common decency from the staff who should be dealing with this. They should at the least give us an update as to what is going on.
There are no replies to messages left and the surgery is cancelled on a daily basis. I feel this is a disgrace.
