On arrival at The Redwood Endoscopy Suite I was greeted by a smiling and helpful Receptionist. After a little wait in the waiting area, I was taken into a Prep Room and had the up coming procedure explained by Nurse Rosemary - again with a cheerful and expert manner. Later in the Procedure room, the Nurse Awudu, & HCA J Dabrowski (who I mistook for the Doctor again) were at pains to make me feel at ease.
Finally I met the Big Man, Mr Aslam, who would carry out my Sigmoscopy. Without sounding boring, he to explained each part as he went along. I must admit, it wasn't a very pleasant experience, but with the Docs attitude it was kept to a minimum.
To sum up, I have visited this Hospital twice now the Hospital is clean and modern looking and all the Staff especially the Redwood Suite were first class.
