"Poor service"

I called today to get an appointment to be told I could have a consultation with the practisoner nurse. I went for my appointment and came away non the wiser of what is wrong with me. She told me that I smoke to much and that people like me turn up for a 10 min appointment with a shopping list.

1 I still dont know whats up with me.

2 People like me who work cannot get an appointment so when we do go we do have a few things to discuss.

I even had to pre empt a visit to the hospital for bloods to be donor to be prescribed Iron which is on a repeat prescription. Then the nurse did not fill out a slip for me and the receptionist had to call through.

Once at the front desk the receptionist insited on shouting out my x-directory phone number. Then I handed her my mobile as not to do the same and she said that out loud also.

I have had to change my numbers due to domestic violence and I think this is a breach of data protection and a descrace. I am not happy to say the least with the whole experience and to say this practice gets a payment from the goverment for having me on there records year after year for such poor service.
