About: Leeds General Infirmary / Gastroenterology

(as a staff member),

I accompanied my client (I work for a mental health charity) with severe anxiety for a Gastroscopy on Bexley Wing. Staff allowed me to come in with the client and they managed to calm the client down when he got very panicky during the procedure.

If we hadn't worked together he would have panicked and left without having his investigation but the staff were really good with him kept calm, and explained everything.
