Good service but sometimes the waiting time is horrendous. Think it would be a good idea to have a notice in the waiting room asking patients to remove their outer clothing and roll up their sleeves ready to have their blood taken.
Just a simple thing but it would save an awful lot of time for the staff and the patients.
