"Sentinel referral restored my confidence in the NHS"

About: Sentinel Healthcare Southwest Community Interest Company / Referral & Appointment Booking Team

(as the patient),

Once the GP had agreed the referral it was a few weeks before I received a call from sentinel to arrange an appointment.

It was quite a while before I received written confirmation but it was still well before the appointment.

The actual Sentinel referral restored my confidence in the NHS system.
