About: Livewell South West Sentinel Healthcare Southwest Community Interest Company / Ear, nose and throat service

(as the patient),

Majority was good, however in the waiting area was the remains of someone’s lunch which had evidently been there for some time.

Thank you for your feedback. It is disappointing to hear your experience was let down by evidence of food in the waiting area.

As an organisation we have very high standards of hygiene and cleanliness and would suggest this was an isolated occurrence.
