"Right eye chalazion - problems with my referral"

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with the Sentinel group.

First of all I am 27 weeks pregnant. I have had to wait 9 weeks for my appointment, to then be told on the day of my appointment at the royal eye infirmary that I was booked in for the wrong appointment. I was supposed to have 2 chalazions cut out of my right eye, however it seems sentinel messed up my appointment by telling the eye infirmary that it was only a consulation.

I have now been told that i'm still not on the waiting list and that I will have to wait another 8 weeks for another appointment, by which I will be heavily pregnant and close to my due date.

I think this has just been a waste of valuable time, making me wait several weeks. I definitely do not recommend the sentinel after this experience.
