"Really good care, brilliant, kind and caring staff"

About: Heartlands Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I was in Ward 1 of the Heartlands Hospital. Whilst there I had really good care, the staff have been brilliant, they were all kind and caring. Bed sheets were changed when needed & the ward was kept clean & tidy. Overall a good stay.

The staff always strive to provide a clean and caring environment, and it is good to receive feedback on how we are doing.
