(as a carer),

Linda the Phlebotomist called out today to take blood for testing. She rang the home the day before as they were fasting bloods. She was on time 8. 30am. Very friendly, warm and caring. She treated all of them as individuals and was very polite and reassuring. Phlebotomy calling out to the home is a service that we (as carers) find essential. Linda the Phlebotomist also explained what each of the tests were for. She was a lovely lady.
