(as the patient),

I attended the clinic to deal with my ankle problem, I saw Dr spratt who was very attentive to my problem, explained fully why I was having a problem and hoped it would clear up in the next 3 -4 months with the exercise recommended.

I was given a thoroughly good examination and felt at all times that I was being listened to and not just being fobbed off. I sincerely hope that I will make good progress with the exercise but if not I have no issues with being referred again should I need further treatment.
