Please accept my apologies regarding your appointment being cancelled. When the patient advisors at TRAQS book your appointment we book the appointment on a live system whilst on the phone wiht the patient, we have no control if the hospital or other healthcare setting then subsequently cancels this at a later date., they may cancel it for a variety of reasons, which are unknown to us.
