I attended with my 17yr old daughter - we did not wait long to be seen by a nurse. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The information we received was clear and concise.
My daughter required a blood test and she was reassured throughout the process (as she is needlephobic). I could not fault the service at the new City of Coventry Healthcare Centre.
