"My mother's visit to A &E"

My mother had cause to be taken to A & E late evening one day in July.

She found the A & E department was a well run and pleasant environment. She was seen immediately and received excellent care, she was constantly given reassurance throughout her stay.

She would like you to pass on her thanks to all who attended her that night from the tea trolley lady to the doctors, all of whom were very polite and courteous.
