"Frozen shoulder injury"

About: West Mendip Community Hospital

(as the patient),

3 week wait for an initial appointment, which I thought was very good. After that, frequent and timely appointments with clear explanations and demonstrations of exercises. A family issue meant I had to drop out of appointments at short notice, but I was able to refer myself straight back in when the crisis was over.

I saw 2 physiotherapists, as one left, and was impressed by courtesy and friendliness of both. Also a special mention to the receptionist who went out of her way to be accommodating and was always friendly on my arrival in the department.
