Please listen: it is fair enough to charge disabled for parking but you HAVE to put ticket machines right by each disabled parking area.
It is horrendous to expect those who already have enough struggles, especially in wheelchairs, to go across the car park, to a pay and display that isn't easy to reach, back to the car to display ticket, then to the hospital.
Imagine doing that in the rain. Are you here to care for people?
"Please put ticket machines next to disabled parking areas"
