"Lack of communication at Urology clinic"

About: Cannock Chase Hospital / Urology Stafford Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

In my opinion there is a lack of communication, with the clinics always running late. Some urology drs appear to have a don't care attitude.

I am sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied when accessing this service recently. I apologise for the fact that your experience was poor due to a long wait, poor communication and staff attitude.

We really try hard to improve our services based on the comments we receive from our patients and would therefore like the opportunity to discuss your experiences more fully and to apologise in person.
