About: New Victoria Hospital / Physiotherapy

(as the patient),

I went to the physio department and received a wonderful, thorough service.

The appointments were well planned and scheduled to suit me.

Although it is a new department, I felt there was a lack of rails and automatic doors.

Thank you for your positive and most welcome feedback, I was however sorry to read your comments about the lack of handrails, and automatic doors, in the Physio Department, the Facilities Manager at the Hospital will read your feedback and we will see what can be done to address this.
