Between the Kent health authority and my GP, my records have been lost.
I have tried to claim DLA but can't receive it or any other benefit as I cannot get down to the job centre. My biggest moan is that I am finding it hard to find someone to take responsibility for the loss of the records, let alone someone to give me the correct treatment, as I have peripheral vascular disease and also low pain threshold vasovagal hypertension/epilepsy as diagnosed by the London hospital in 1992.
I have supplied my GP with the px copy of the records so how do I get it sorted?
