Sirs, your staff are second to none! I think we all appreciate the level of service provided and being cared for properly and made to feel as an individual and shown respect can be the greatest part of becoming well again.

You should be proud of your staff - We are!!

Dear Mr. Arlian Mallis,

I can only say that the points I raised in my initial message covered those areas which I wished to highlight and bring to your attention.

Your staff are to be commended for their professionalism, their caring and above all their communication skills with the individual!!

As stated you should be very proud of them as we the public most certainly are!!
