What I liked

I liked the overall layout and easy accessability to all parts of the hospital, all the staff are friendly too..

it is a great place to be due to all the patients being so friendly, during my visits there i had made so many friends.. which has never happened before in my life.. i wanted to stay there past hours just because i wasnt a loner and i fit in with everyone i saw.

What could be improved

there could have been more facilities such as an Xbox 360 with singstar or dance mats,, it seemed the only way patients could get excersize was by running away from the practitioners too which could become a problem,,

Thank you for this feedback and we hope you have managed to sustain some of the friendships you were able to create. I am glad that you found the staff to be friendly as this is important to us..

You make some important suggestions. We do have some equipment on the wards but these often need replacing and that has been noted as a particular problem as replacements can take time to be delivered or repaired.

Our recreation facilities will be reviewed and developed in the near future and we will bare these comments in mind when we are planning this. Also worth saying that now we have an activity facilitator and occupational therapists in the ward areas, this should see a lot more physical activity taking place on the wards
