I have enjoyed attending the ‘Why Weight’ group. It has been great. It has taught me how to eat healthily, but with variety, so I enjoy what I am eating. Tina, our group advisor, has been excellent, she has explained everything in simple terms and has done cookery lessons with us in the class, where we could taste the food and learn to cook.
The group is a friendly set of people and you feel relaxed and at ease. I would definitely recommend this group to anyone wanting to learn how to eat healthily. I feel so much more health and I have lost nearly 1 ½ stones.
