"Thank you for my son's care"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / General Surgery (wards 64, 65, 66,& 67)

(as a relative),

My son is 13 years old and was recently admitted to the hospital with a burst appendix.

He was admitted to ward 65. The team of Doctors and Nurses were absolutely excellent. I can't thank them enough for the prompt treatment he received. After care was excellent the nurses took really good care of him.

The ward was spotlessly clean the nurses never stopped constantly on the go. I don't think they get enough credit for all the hard work they do.

Many thanks for your most welcome feedback. This must have been a very stressful time for you and your family.

Thank you also for taking the time and trouble to leave this feedback. It is greatly appreciated by the staff concerned to know that their care and attention was so highly valued.

I also hope that your son had gone on to make a full recovery.

Paul
