I was the first appointment of the day and I saw Andy Hill, physiotherapist and was given a thorough examination of my injured shoulder.
He thought I required an X-ray for which I waited for twenty minutes. 10 minutes after the X-ray I returned to Andy who offered me his diagnosis. He, in turn, consulted a Mr Murphy. Following his conversation with Mr Murphy he telephones me to say that there had been changes to my treatment.
I was very impressed with my treatment- the professionalism and courtesy of the staff and the treatment in modern, clean surroundings.
