The whole building was bright and clean, but not austere- the staff smiling and helpful.

The doctor who attended to me was mindful of my deafness, and patient enough to explain things when I was not quick enough to understand.

Being a very nervous person, it felt less intimidating to be addressed by my Christian name. I was quite comfortable with the whole visit.

Good on ya Sentinel!
