About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as the patient),

My experience of attending an appointment for haemorrhoids at a morning appointment, ward 3, day surgery unit, new Victoria hospital, first floor.

I found the staff and the surgeon very attentive. It was my first visit for my operation which is going to help me/my health.

I found the nursing staff/sister on the day/nightshift very attentive to the patients’ needs. I found that I was happy with the experience and all the information was explained very well by the nursing sister on my medication and if I felt unwell who I should contact. I found the adjustable bed very comfortable and it felt nice to get a rest even for just one day.
