"They looked after me like my own family would"

About: Heartlands Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I came for the removal of an ovarian cyst and had to have my left ovary out, The day and night staff here made me feel comfortable, welcome and looked after me like my own family would. Though at times they were obviously pushed to their limit due to reasons outside of their hands, they remained professional and kept a smile on their face. I felt my consultant was involved with me all the way and was also very professional. The staff deserve better pay, hours and a good sound board.
