I felt I was in the hands of a professional who knew what he was talking about. He filled in gaps, offered additional information, clarified points, and presented explanations. In addition, he offered opinion when prompted. All of this was done in a non-condescending fashion. I have confidence in the diagnosis and prognosis offered.
