"Nottingham University Hospital - City Campus - Endoscopy Clinic"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - City Campus / General surgery

(as the patient),

Absolutely brilliant care from all the staff at the Endoscopy Clinic. I was really quite anxious about having an Endoscopy, and the possible diagnosis.

The Deputy Sister, Natalie Ward, was very efficient but emphatic at the same time. She explained what was going to happen, and that I understood the procedure. Afterwards, she made sure that I knew what they had found, and possible options for future treatment. She was absolutely brilliant at her job.

The Doctor who caried out the procedure, Tony Norman, was very pleasant, reassuring and made what is a difficult investigation, as unploeasant as possible.
