"Inconsiderate receptionist at dentist"

Registered with new dental practice, am not complaining about the dental care, just the lack of consideration.

I am a cancer patient also suffering from Peripheral Neuropathy which affects my mobility, after treatment I went to the waiting room to phone for a taxi and was informed by the receptionist the practice closed for lunch and I could not wait there, at the time it was pouring with rain. I eventually found a cafe from there I awaited the arrival of my transport. As I have recently been discharged from hospital with a bout of Pneumonia I felt quite exhausted on returning home.
