"Mindfulness for depression"

About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as the patient),

Put on a course for Mindfull and breath works it's helped me on a Daily basis.

When I didn't have any coping skills and this showed my ways I could.

It was nice to meet other people going through the same as me so I didn't feel so lonely and felt relaxed in the sessions.
