(as the patient),

I was recently admitted into East Surrey hospital via A&E, where my care was undertaken by the Acute and Stroke team.

I found all the staff I encountered, to be polite and attentive and professional. I cannot speak highly enough of the care I received thoughout my stay and my aftercare, especially from my consultant and her team.
