About: The Beacon

(as the patient),

Last time I was here I didn’t want to go home and this time was the same. I have been at the Diana Princes of Wales hospital and the Beacon is clean and tidy and more like home.

I would really like to thank Chris Grant. She makes me laugh every shift she is on.

I do feel like another shower room would be helpful as we are often waiting for the showers.

I am really glad that you enjoyed your time with us and I will ensure that Chris receives your feedback.

We really try hard to improve our services based on the comments we receive from our patients and their carers.

We are always looking to improve our Intermediate Care Facility and we will take seriously your comments regarding the showering facilities.
