"Terrified about removal of wisdom tooth"

Yesterday I went to have widom tooth removed at Hull Royal Infirmiry Maxillo-facial department.

I am absolutely terrified of dentists and I arrived with high levels of nervousness and anxiety. The staff there were brilliant. They were warm and friendly and engaged me in conversation to help relax me prior to the procedure and took the process at a pace that suited me (despite the fact that I was their final appointment and their shift was coming to an end).

My procedure took nearly twice as long as anticipated (partly due to a difficult tooth, but mainly due to my anxiety slowing the process down), but the staff were so encouraging and supportive throughout.
