About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital

(as the patient),

I think your hospital is clean but I think you have to think about asking people about their treatment.

I feel as if some of your staff think you are thick and don't take the time to speak to you about your illness.

Hi,

Im sorry that you were made to feel this way, you are correct in saying that staff need to listed to people about their illness, in this instance it would appear that this was not your experience. We continue to stress the importance of good communication skills, and listening to what patients have to say.

I will be able to use your story in staff training to highlight how poor communication can make a person feel.

many thanks for your time
