I had a serious blood infection, we were subjected to wait in a queue in the corridor to even be seen with 5 in front of us.
Whilst I appreciate staff are busy they were clearly understaffed and with no urgency about them and vital minutes could been saved. Nonetheless less I was left in pain with the infection getting worse when a drip and antibiotics were required ASAP to reduce the infection as the swelling was immense.
