Followed signs from main entrance to XRay department- I ended up in a closed ward 9! Eventually found a map which made no sense as it described the location of XRay in a disused building which was being demolished.
When I found a member of staff to ask they were quite dismissive and told me to 'walk out the exit and down the slope'.
Very poor communications which are not appropriate during a major transition from a general hospital to a community based resource.
"Poor Communications and unclear sign-postings."
