Royal Gwent appointment card arrived - with no postage on it.
Mum had paid £1.50 in Royal Mail Fees - to get it delivered. To be honest most people would not have paid the fees, so never would have received the letter.
Please don't complaint about "non attendance" at appointments... when your mail department forgot to pay ANY postage on it's letters.
