Every time I attend this unit (bear in mind I have been attending for in excess of 6 years now), the appointment time is never kept. I have had to wait upwards of 2 hours on occasion when my appointment was booked for 10am. How can a unit be 2 hours behind within 1 hour of opening? The doctor waiting time chart on the wall is never used in my experience, and if I ask what the delay is or the anticipated waiting time, I am looked at as though I have asked for special treatment.
